Itching to travel? With Covid-19 vaccines steadily rolling out around the world, travelling no longer feels like the faraway dream that it used to be.

Now, more and more countries are opening up their travel regulations for those who are vaccinated, eliminating the need for quarantine and Covid-19 testing proof. If you're planning to get your jab, or have already gotten your vaccine, here are the countries that you can visit today.

The highly anticipated travel bubble to Singapore will be finally launching on May 26. Previously set to launch last November before the fourth wave of Covid cases hit the city, vaccinated travellers will be able to travel freely between the two countries without having to quarantine.

On May 4, Singapore extended its quarantine period from 14 to 21 days for most inbound travellers due to an infection spike linked to the public hospital.

Entry Requirements for Hong Kong travellers: Travellers must be fully vaccinated or recovered from Covid-19 to skip mandatory testing and quarantine requirements.

Quarantine Requirements: None, if fully vaccinated. 10 days self-isolation for non-vaccinated travellers

Visa Requirements: None

Beginning from May 14, Germany now allows vaccinated travellers to skip quarantine and testing requirements. However, the relaxed restrictions do not apply to tourists from high-risk countries where variants of concern are clustered. The relaxation of restrictions come just in time as Bavaria reopen its outdoor beer gardens—which means you'll be able to drink your heart out during your visit.

Currently, Germany only recognises vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency which includes Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Moderna.

Thailand had just begun to ease quarantine restrictions in early April, reducing its quarantine period to 10 days for unvaccinated travellers, and 7 days for vaccinated travellers. However, on April 29 the government has reversed its plans as the third wave of the virus hit the country. Now, all travellers are required to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.

More recently, the country had just announced its plans to open up Phuket to vaccinated travellers without quarantine starting from July 1. Since the third wave, there have been no further updates on whether this program will be going ahead.

Comprising of 115 picturesque islands in the Indian Ocean, Seychelles is one of the smallest countries while also being the most vaccinated nation in the world at the moment.

While 62.8% of its population is fully vaccinated as of May 6, the number of Covid-19 cases rose from 612 on April 28 to 1,068 on May 8, with the majority of cases coming from Seychellois who are unvaccinated or only had one dose. Due to the sudden case surge, the country has decided to close schools and cancel sporting activities for two weeks starting May 5.

Seychelles was the first nation to open its borders to vaccinated visitors in January. As the country's own vaccination program rolled out further, the nation welcomed all visitors regardless of vaccination status starting from March. However, due to the rise of Covid variants, those coming from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh now have to be fully vaccinated to allow entry, while those who are coming from South Africa and Brazil are not permitted entry.

The "orange zones", which includes the Gorenjska region and Posavje are allowed to serve food and beverage on terraces and outdoor garden areas. Accommodation services are also only open to visitors with a negative test result that's no older than 48 hours, or those with vaccination proof.
